178_ZNE_EXTERIOR-RENDERING---01.jpg
This medical office building will be the first Zero Net Energy commercial office building to be built in Southern California Edison’s service area. Appropriate to its Zero Net Energy goals, the project is situated at the intersection of contemporary design methodologies that utilize advanced computer modeling and cutting-edge sustainable practices. The dominant architectural feature is a vertical fabric fin shading system that wraps around the building giving it an abstract pattern. The shade system is designed to cut down on heat gain and reduce the energy requirements of the building.
